This makes it an ideal method to address issues related to the mind, emotions, and heart such as stress, anxiety, insomnia, and even palpitations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You might wonder, how scientifically substantiated is this?
