Following the decadence of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindbodyfoodinstitute.com\/raw-chocolate-fudge-wheel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">raw chocolate fudge wheel<\/a> and the luscious <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindbodyfoodinstitute.com\/white-chocolate-macadamia-fudge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">White Chocolate Macadamia Fudge<\/a>, here is our final star: my <b>Healthy White Christmas Slice!<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">A traditional recipe morphed into a modern twist, this wholefood slice offers a healthier version without compromising on taste. I swap the heavy and sweet condensed milk with raw cacao butter and the oily, tasteless copha with nutritious nut butter.<\/span><\/p><p>Packed with wholesome ingredients and festive flavours, this treat is a celebration of guilt-free indulgence. The delicious blend of nuts, dried fruits, and coconut, creates a symphony of textures and tastes alongside warming ginger spice.<\/p><p>Add whatever nuts and dried fruit you like to please your tastebuds, but below I&#8217;ve kept it in line with the traditional colours and flavours associated with its&#8217; namesake, Christmas.<\/p><p><strong>No matter what you decide to add, it\u2019s a delicious flavour-bomb with every mouthful!<\/strong><\/p><p>Gather your ingredients and enjoy making this nutritious and delicious holiday treat.<\/p><p><b>Ingredients:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>150gm of raw cacao butter (we use buttons)<\/li><li>1-2 tablespoons tahini paste (can use cashew butter instead)<\/li><li>\u00bd-3\/4 cup of maple syrup to taste<\/li><li>1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract<\/li><li>1 teaspoon ground ginger<\/li><li>1 cup pistachios, chopped (additional for decoration)<\/li><li>1 cup dried cranberries<\/li><li>1 cup brown rice puffs<\/li><\/ul><p><b>Optional:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>\u00bd cup desiccated coconut<\/li><li>\u00bd cup coconut flakes (leave some for decoration)<\/li><\/ul><p><b>Instructions:<\/b><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Start with 150 grams of cacao butter buttons and a tablespoon or two of tahini paste in a clean bowl over a pot of hot water like a double boiler.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Stir to mix and soften then remove from heat while you add the remaining ingredients.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground ginger to taste and stir through well.<br \/>Chop pistachios, dried cranberries (and a few mixed currants if you like), desiccated coconut and a few coconut chips.<\/p><p><b>Optional: <\/b>stir through a few teaspoons of monkfruit icing sugar for a bit of extra sweetness without adding more maple syrup.<\/p><p>Stir through to mix well then pour slice mix into a baking paper lined slice dish and place in the freezer to set for about 30mins. Cut into squares and store in the fridge.<\/p><p>There you have it\u2014three delicious wholefood desserts to enchant your holiday tastebuds!
