\u201cThis has been a really interesting section of the course, and was the main reason I signed up for this course rather than any other I have found. There are a huge number of useful tools in here that I have already started using with my practice clients, and they are helping get great breakthroughs and leaps in self-awareness. I was particularly surprised by the little exercise around finding 5 pictures that represent the life I want to lead \u2013 when I read it, I thought it sounded very simplistic, but when I actually did it, and found the right pictures, and wrote the descriptions below, it felt really powerful! I am going to use that with a practice client who is naturally very artistic and creative but has been pushing that aspect of herself down in order to conform to what she believes society and her family expect of her.
